I had an amazing experience at Sheraton Nha Trang. The rooms were fantastic, offering a quiet and relaxing atmosphere with a walk-in shower, spa, separate living area, and even a walk-in closet. We were pleasantly surprised to receive free entry to the club and our room was ready early, allowing us to enjoy all the amenities immediately.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had a beautiful ocean view from the private balcony. The Sheraton Club Lounge privileges, including free WiFi and broadband, were a nice bonus. The service was friendly, especially David at the club lounge, but the room could have been cleaned in more detail. The location was convenient, close to the bustling area and with access to a private sunbathing area on the beach. The dining experience was great, with a good spread and stunning breakfast views. The facilities were top-notch, especially the wood-fired pizza at the restaurant.

The hotel offered a fantastic bathtub with ocean views and city vistas from the balcony, but there were slight moldy smells. It asked for additional fees for room changes like shower door issues, although the rooms eventually became available.
